Hamilton Accommodation Provider Aspen Manor Motel add new homemade smoothie and Muesli breakfast options to their summer menu.

With the first signs of summer on the horizon, Aspen Manor Motel in Hamilton are serving up some deliciously healthy smoothie and breakfast options for their guests.

Starting from November 16 Simon and Lornae Lowe will be whipping up smoothies and homemade mueslis that will kick start your day in the right way while being a guest at their highly rated Aspen Manor Motel.

“The new healthy breakfast menu is just another way for us to give our guests the ultimate accommodation experience,” says Lornae Lowe.

First up on the new menu is a Berry and Coconut Smoothie. It features a scrumptious blend of blueberries or other mixed fruits, bananas, yoghurt, unsweetened coconut milk and honey. “’This smoothie Is definitely ideal for those who want a sweet start to the day,” says Lornae.

As the temperature climbs, so does the need for a refreshing drink. The Mango Smoothie is a tasty and healthy smoothie that any mango lover can enjoy. Like other oranges and deep yellow fruits, mangos are exceptionally high in beta-carotene. “’The high fibre content in mangos are found in this healthy fruit smoothie and may also help induce feelings of fullness,’’ adds Simon. Mango Smoothie is the perfect way to keep you going all day.

For a health enthusiast, you can go past Aspen Manor Motel’s Spinach Smoothie. Made from a fresh orange, banana, coconut water and organic spinach this smoothie is perfect before or after going to the gym.

Aspen Manor Motel will also offer a utterly nutritious Homemade Muesli option for breakfast. The Muesli is a delicious blend of whole grain flakes, oat flakes, wheat bran, seeds, dried fruit and nuts. This is defiantly the breakfast option who like a little crunch in their breakfast.
